Issues with temperature and fan control

I have an Mbot GridII+ and have noticed that the fan settings don’t hold. If I turn it off it comes back on after about 30 seconds. Also the same issue when changing temperatures during a print.

When can we expect the next software and firmware update?

I’ve got the same model. I noticed that the smaller fans work continuously but the larger front fans never come on. Is there a setting I’m missing?

While the part is running press the round selector thing (I don’t know what to call it) and turn the fan to ON.

Yeah ,if you choose the filament with “PLA” ,when you are printing ,the fan will keep on ,even you choose to stop it ,to make sure we can get good printing result when we are using PLA .also the temperature ,we can just change it temporarily.

I will inform this to our software engineer to see if he can modify it in the next version
