System failure (50h time life)

Hello everyone!
My printer spontaneously rebooting in half job. After load extruder stick on x-axis and the display shows me this:

What to do? How to fix it? I tried to restore the firmware with SD-CRD, but it did not help.

try to disconnect all the wire connect to the power supply ,then connect it back

Thanks, but all works.
I change power-cable to x-axis motor.
