on the instruction book it says the thermcouple is that connections that say R Y R Y but that is no were on the board!?!?

yea that is no where on the board. I have that whole top row but nothing else like it any where.
you mean you have the new board ,can you show me a picture of your board and the extruder and the nozzle you have ?
